Scope and Salt entities
These terms concern the Salt Technologies website operated by Salt Web Technologies Private Limited. Salt Technologies, Inc. is our US entity. The legal entity responsible for a paid engagement is identified in its signed agreement.
Please read these terms alongside the Privacy policy, Website disclaimer, and Copyright notice. Applicable rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Information and enquiries
You may use this website to learn about Salt, evaluate its services, and contact us for a business discussion. Submitting an enquiry does not place an order, reserve a team, or create a software-development contract.
Service descriptions, examples, indicative plans, and discussions are not a binding commitment to a particular price, timeline, staffing arrangement, or result. Scope and commercial commitments must be agreed separately. Provide accurate contact details and only information you are authorized to share.
Project agreements take precedence
A signed master services agreement, statement of work, or other applicable project agreement governs its scope, fees, payment, acceptance, confidentiality, intellectual property, support, termination, and disputes. These website terms do not replace or retrospectively amend those terms.
The Refund policy describes general arrangements and the request process. The applicable signed agreement and mandatory law determine the rights for a particular engagement.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website to submit fraudulent enquiries, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, obtain unauthorized access, bypass access restrictions, expose another person’s confidential information, or disrupt the site.
Public search indexing and answer-engine discovery are addressed in the Copyright notice. They are not treated as abusive access merely because they use automation. Respect technical restrictions and avoid requests that impair website availability.

For website-use matters involving Salt Web Technologies Private Limited, the governing-law framework is India, with disputes subject to the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Project-specific governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute-resolution arrangements are determined by the applicable agreement.
